Chow 150x150

Michael Hall filed a lawsuit in the Galveston County District Court on Jan. 22, on behalf of himself and his minor child.

Hall is suing Salvador and Dina Campise, accusing their dog of biting his child.

Hall says on Feb. 19, 2012, the Campise's Chow Chow dog bit his child while she was at the Campise's house.

Hall's child allegedly was injured in the incident and required medical treatment.

Hall is accusing the Campise's of negligence and now seeks to hold them liable for his daughter's injuries and the costs of the medical treatment.

Hall is seeking less than $100,000 in damages.

He is being represented by Houston attorney John K. Zaid.
