A Texas company is being sued after refusing to pay for services and materials received.
The Grand LTD filed a lawsuit May 29 in the Jefferson County District Court against Prime 8 Offshore LLC, citing breach of contract.
The plaintiff claims it entered into an agreement where the defendant would buy goods, merchandise and services from the plaintiff. According to the brief, the defendant defaulted by failing to make payments on the account and they have a balance due of $118,925.80.
The plaintiff is seeking judgement for $118,925.80, attorneys fees, interest and court costs.
