Pasadena man accused of negligence in crash on I-45

A Galveston County man allegedly hurt in a crash is suing the Pasadena driver he says is responsible. Juan Sanchez filed the negligence claim against Fernando Baeza on Aug. 20 in Galveston County District Court. The incident happened Dec. 18, 2013. A Galveston County woman alleges a Texas City man is responsible for a crash she says caused her car to overturn. Ramona Benton filed a lawsuit against David Sanders on Aug. 19 in Galveston County District Court. The alleged crash happened July 18, 2013, at the intersection of 55th Street and Avenue J.
