A Jefferson County woman is suing over claims she was injured in a collision.
Alice Nolan filed a lawsuit Nov. 12, 2014, in Jefferson County District Court against Donna Sclerandi Philyaw and Rudolph J. Sclerandi, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Nolan was stopped in traffic on Dowlen Road in Beaumont on Nov. 12, 2012, when she was rear-ended by Philyaw and sustained injuries to her knee, back, nose and neck. The complaint states Sclerandi owned the vehicle Philyaw was driving.
Nolan is represented by attorney Eric A. Laskowski of The Lewis Law Firm in Beaumont.
