Plaintiff is a Plano company.

On Aug. 27, 2002, United States Patent No. 6,442,261 (“the ‘261 Patent”) was duly and legally issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The ‘261 Patent is titled “Call Recovery Method and Apparatus for an Attendant Telephone Set.”

Voxathon is the assignee of all right, title and interest in the ‘261 patent, including all rights to enforce and prosecute actions for infringement and to collect damages for all relevant times against infringers of the ‘261 Patent.

The plaintiff is represented by David Bennett, a Chicago attorney.
