Discovery continues to be an ongoing process in litigation brought by a Jefferson County man who sued claiming he was injured in a collision.
As previously reported, Timothy Hodges filed a lawsuit Nov. 5 in Jefferson County District Court against Laurence Risen and Triad Transport.
Court records show the last filing in the case came on April 2, a certificate of discovery stating the defendants have served the plaintiff with their first set of interrogatories and a request for production.
According to the complaint, Hodges was driving in Jefferson County on Oct. 9, 2014, when a Triad Transport vehicle driven by Risen struck his vehicle, and Hodges sustained injuries.
Hodges seeks more than $100,000 in damages.
He is represented by attorney B. Adam Terrell of Weller, Green, Toups and Terrell in Beaumont.
