F.J.T. Technical Resource Co. claims Lana Sepulvado and the Landmark Staffing Co. are planting lies about its business in order to lure away F.J.T.'s employees and customers. The company claims the defendants' actions are costing F.J.T. around $1,000 a week. In addition to the injunction, F.J.T. is suing for punitive and economic damages.
