Recent real estate foreclosures

Jefferson County

-Beneficial Texas, Inc. has filed an application for expedited foreclosure against the property of Edward and Laurie Arabie, located at 2503 Ave. D, Nederland, Texas 77627.

According to the application, filed with the Jefferson County District Court on Oct. 12, the unpaid balance on the note is $25,000.30.

The lender is represented by attorney Anna Clement Sewart of Catron & Sewart.

- Nationstar Mortgage has filed an application for expedited foreclosure against the property of Willie Paul Myrick, located at 1760 Parry Street, Beaumont, Texas 77703.

According to the application, filed with the Jefferson County District Court on Oct. 9, the unpaid balance on the note is $20,7333.39.

The lender is represented by attorney Carolyn Taylor of the Hughes, Watters & Askanase law firm.

Orange County

- Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. seeks a court order to sell the property of William and Dana Campbell, 415 Inwood in Bridge City at public auction. The application for foreclosure was filed in Orange County District Court on Oct. 8.

The original loan was issued Aug. 27, 2003, in the amount of $62,400. The monthly note has not been paid since April 1, 2007. Deutsche Bank says it sent notices to the Campbells in August and September.

The balance due on the loan is $61,102.09, plus late charges and interest.

Brad Kitchens of Mann & Stevens PC in Houston is representing the bank.

The case has been assigned to Judge Patrick Clark, 128th District Court.

- Nationstar Mortgage filed an application for foreclosure against homeowners Kelly Neely and Dana Neely, 4020 Fourth Ave., Orange, on Oct. 9 in Orange County District Court.

The original loan amount was $149,600, issued March 22, 2004.

The note is due for the June 1, 2007, payment and subsequent months. The total amount past due is $5,397.88 as of Sept. 20, 2007, plus late fees, attorney fees and interest.

Kelly Harvey PC of Houston is representing the mortgage company.

The case has been assigned to Judge Patrick Clark, 128th District Court.

-Deutsche Bank has filed a notice of foreclosure against William and Tonya Elliot, 2520 W. Landon Lane in Orange. The notice was filed Oct. 9 in Orange County District Court.

The original loan of $81,900 was issued by Deutsche Bank on Jan. 22, 2004. As of Sept. 25, 2007, the balance owed on the home equity note is $81,431.90.
