  • Erick Stein et al vs. Fire Insurance Exchange PA - Steve Mostyn, J - Milton Shuffield The plaintiff is suing the insurance company and several of its agents for denying at least a portion of the plaintiff's Hurricane Ike policy claim.   • Van Nguyen vs. HMT Tank Services PA - Anthony Malley III, J - Gary Sanderson On July 22 the plaintiff was working off Highway 69 when one of the defendant's employees, who was working 30 feet above his head, dropped a piece of iron on his back.   • Vestal Larson vs. Angel Castro et al PA - Thomas Moses, J - Donald Floyd On Jan. 11, 2008, the plaintiff was traveling east bound on College Street. He attempting to turn left onto the I-10 service road when the defendant swung into his lane and struck him. The plaintiff alleges the defendant driver negligently failed to keep a proper lookout and is suing for past and future mental anguish, pain, impairment, lost wages and medical expenses, plus attorney's fees.
