  • Clint Fontenot vs. Marjorie Lowe

    PA - Tim Ferguson, J - Bob Wortham

    On Oct. 31, 2007, the plaintiff was traveling on the Highway 69 service road and had stopped for a stop sign when he was rear-ended by the defendant.

    The plaintiff alleges the defendant driver negligently failed to keep a proper lookout and is suing for past and future mental anguish, pain, impairment, lost wages and medical expenses, plus attorney's fees.

    On Oct. 19, 2007, the plaintiff was traveling on Fannett Road when the defendant failed to yield the right-of-way.
