Plano man sues U.S. Supreme Court to stop abortion

Hoping to "at least temporarily" stop abortion, a Plano, Texas, resident has filed a federal lawsuit naming the U.S. Supreme Court and all nine justices as defendants.

Acting as his own attorney, Erlyndon Joseph Lo filed the suit in the Sherman Division of the Eastern Division of Texas on March 18.

In his suit, Lo says "the lives of millions of human beings are at stake, making this ... the ultimate and highest priority of all cases in U.S."

He alleges that "mass murder" is being committed and that World War III has been declared on America's unborn.

Lo lists no specific complaint against the Supreme Court, but does petition the court to mandate that the nation's police force be used to stop all abortion, court papers say.

He warns the Supreme Court violence may ensue if the justices fail to act.

"Since I have a right to defend myself and others, even if necessary is deadly force, I want the court to temporarily at least not allow abortion at all to be legal," the suit states, adding that the court must "make every person on the planet" aware of the illegality of abortion through the media.

Lo is asking the court to provide him with all the funds he will need to prosecute his claim.
