Foremost Lloyds sues AC company for bad installation job

On behalf of policy holder Roy Farias, Foremost Lloyds of Texas is suing Iceman air Service for a negligent installation job that allegedly cost more than $100,000 in damage compensation to Farias' home in Orange.

The suit was filed July 7 in Orange County District Court.

Court records show that Farias contracted Iceman Air for the purpose of installing central air and heating in his residence.

The suit does not say how or when, but allegedly the installation job cost Foremost more than $100,000 to remedy.

Foremost claims Iceman Air took advantage of Farias' ignorance and seeks to recover all actual damages and court costs.

The insurance company is represented by Houston attorney Ronnie Preiffer.

The case has been assigned to Judge Dennis Powell, 163rd Judicial District.
