    Guardian Location Systems is Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business in Beaumont.

    The defendants are Cellco Partnerships d/b/a Verizon Wireless, AT&T Inc., AT&T Mobility LLC., Sprint Nextel Corp, and Sprint Spectrum.
