Roy L. and Judith D. Breaux claim they own slightly more than 49 acres of land in Jefferson County.

Claiming they were under threat of condemnation when they entered into an easement agreement with defendants TE Products Pipeline Co., HSC Pipeline Partnership and Troy Construction.

However, the defendants have not abided by the easement agreement, according to the complaint filed Jan. 18 in Jefferson County District Court.
