Joanita Duplechan has filed suit against fellow Port Arthur resident Cherrisa Pham, who allegedly rear-ended her two years ago.

The suit was filed Aug. 16 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on Sept. 3, 2009, Duplechan was traveling on State Highway 347 in Port Arthur when Pham slammed into the rear of her vehicle.
