Linda Goldstein is suing Port Arthur resident Andy Hernandez for allegedly rear-ending her vehicle in June.

The suit was filed Aug. 22 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on June 8 Goldstein was traveling east in the inside lane of Delaware and had slowed to make a turn when Hernandez rear-ended her.
