Firm Handles More Than $250 Million in Transactions During 2011

DALLAS � Jan. 5, 2011 �Wick Phillips Gould & Martin, LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas announces its transactional practice group handled more than $250 million in transactions during 2011.

During 2011 alone, the firm handled nine merger and acquisition transactions; advised a board of directors in a public merger negotiation; established three new private equity funds; managed four venture capital finance deals; and closed eight loan transactions � including financing connected to a movie titled, Soul Surfer.
