Individually and on behalf of Holly Heintschel, a minor, Theresa Heintschel filed a pro se suit against Melissa and Caleb Riley, both Orange County resident, on Feb. 7 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on March 20, 2011, Holly was involved in an automobile collision in Vidor, causing her injury.

The plaintiffs are suing to recover an unspecified judgment.

Judge Gary Sanderson, 6oth District Court, is assigned to the case.
