A Jefferson County couple has filed suit against the driver they claim struck their vehicle, causing them injuries.
Mary and Gerald Bill claim they were driving near the 8400 block of Memorial Boulevard in Port Arthur on March 19, 2011, when Fabian Donte Anderson struck their vehicle.
In addition to their injuries, the Bills incurred medical costs, experienced physical pain and mental anguish and sustained physical impairment, according to the complaint filed March 16 in Jefferson County District Court.
The Bills are seeking a judgment in excess of the minimum jurisdictional limits of Jefferson County District Court, plus pre- and post-judgment interest at the legal rate, costs and other relief the court deems just.

The case has been assigned to Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court.
