Freshbrew Group USA LP filed it's Petition to Take Deposition Before Suit in the District Court of Jefferson County on Dec. 3.
Freshbrew, a Houston-based coffee vending company, seeks to depose its former employee, Chad Frank of Jefferson County, prior to filing a lawsuit.
According to the complaint, Freshbrew alleges Frank may have stolen some of its customers by improper means.
Freshbrew is being represented by attorney Richard G. Lewis.
The case has been assigned to Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court.
