A man is suing after he was injured in an auto collision.
Stanley Martin Sanchez Jr. filed a lawsuit Dec. 27 in the District Court of Jefferson County 58th Judicial District against Amy Makin, individually and as next friend of Blake Christopher Nolan, citing negligence.
Sanchez says that on Jan. 31, 2013, he sustained injuries in a car crash caused by the Nolan's negligence.
Sanchez is seeking an amount of damages in excess of the jurisdictional limit.
He is being represented in the case by attorney Taylor W. Miller.
