A Jefferson County resident is suing after being involved in a motor vehicle collision.
Ton Bui filed a lawsuit Jan. 3 in the Jefferson County District Court against Douglas R. Hammer.
According to the complaint, on Jan. 5, 2012, Bui was injured in a motor vehicle collision when the defendant collided with the plaintiff on westbound State Highway 73.
Bui is seeking an undisclosed amount of damages.
The plaintiff is being represented in the case by attorney Allen Parker of The Parker Law Firm.
