A man is suing after sustaining injury in a car collision on Texas Ave.
Stephen Kukuk filed a lawsuit Jan. 27 in the District Court of Galveston County 405th Judicial District against Robin Lisa Bell, citing negligence and gross negligence.
According to the complaint, on Nov. 21, 2012, Kukuk was driving on Texas Ave. when he was rear-ended by Bell. The plaintiff contends the defendant's negligence, caused his injuries.
Kukuk is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
He is being represented in the case by attorneys Anthony G. Buzbee and Daniel Wilson of The Buzbee Law Firm.
