Piping Accessories sued for failing to make payments to Alloy Products Corporation

A Houston corporation is suing over nonpayment.

Alloy Products Corp. filed a lawsuit Feb. 4 in the Jefferson County District Court against Piping Accessories Inc.

According to its website, Piping Accessories, based in Beaumont, fabricates assorted pipe supports and miscellaneous structural steel for the oil and petrochemical industries.

The lawsuit states Alloy Products, a Houston-based fabricator of stainless steel and other alloys, sold items to the defendant, but the defendant has failed to pay.

Alloy Products is seeking the principal balance on the account of $17,386.45, interest, attorney's fees and costs.

The plaintiff is being represented in the case by attorney Robert A. Whitley of Blasingame Whitley in Houston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Gary Sanderson, 60th District Court.
