An Alabama resident is sued after allegedly causing an automobile collision.
Tuat Dang filed a lawsuit Feb. 21 in the Galveston County Court against James Nesmith and Esses Crane Co.
The complaint states on Feb. 21, 2012, the plaintiff sustained injury when Nesmith negligently caused his vehicle to collide with the plaintiff's vehicle. Esses Crane Co. is liable under respondeat superior, according to the complaint.
Dang is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages. The plaintiff is being represented in the case by attorney Jason A. Powers.
