Deutsche Bank petitions for foreclosure

A bank is petitioning to foreclose a property in Beaumont. 

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., as trustee of CDC Mortgage Capital Trust 2003-HE4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-HE4, filed a petition for foreclosure Feb. 24 in the Jefferson County District Court against Arthur A. and Joan P. Cook.

According to the complaint, mortgage loan payments are overdue in an amount of $17,317 for the property at 2705 N. Ninth St. in Beaumont.

Deutsche Bank is being represented in the case by attorneys Kendra Wiley, Lori Liane Long, Brenda Hard-Wilson and Tracey Midkiff of Mackie Wolf Zientz & Mann P.C.
