A Louisiana woman is suing over claims she sustained serious injuries after a car accident.
Peggy Clark filed a lawsuit March 10 in the Jefferson County District Court against Justin J. Dionne, citing negligence.
Clark claims on March 15, 2012, Dionne rear-ended her vehicle, as a result of his negligent driving, causing Clark to sustain injuries.
Clark is seeking medical expenses, damages, interest, attorneys' fees and court costs.
She is being represented in the case by Beaumont attorney Ryan C. Scott of The Scott Law Firm PLLC.
