A Galveston county resident sues after allegedly sustaining injury in a vehicle collision.
Sandra Fernandez filed a lawsuit March 14 in the Galveston County Court against Michael Anthony Patterson II and Tina Joseph, citing negligence and negligent entrustment.
The complaint states on May 28, 2013, Fernandez was injured while driving in the 3100 block of FM 1764 in Galveston County when Patterson negligently struck the plaintiff's vehicle.
The plaintiff states Patterson was operating Josephs vehicle at the time of the accident.
The plaintiff is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
She is being represented in the case by attorney Seth Ellerin of the Law Office of Seth Ellerin.
