A family is suing after sustaining injuries in an automobile accident.
Mack and Jeanette Rose, individually and as next of friend of minor children Courtney Rose and Deja Price, filed a lawsuit March 25 in the Galveston County District Court against Bobbie Dibella, citing negligence.
The lawsuit states the family was traveling in a 2012 Volkswagen sedan on 61st Street in Galveston on June 21 2012, and were prepared to make a left turn onto Central City Boulevard when they were struck in the rear by Dibella driving a 2002 Toyota.
The family has suffered and endured anxiety, pain and illness because of the incident, the complaint said.
They are seeking damages between $200,000 and $1 million.
