The defendants are accused of infringing U.S. Patent No. 6,526,219 issued Feb. 25, 2003, and U.S. Patent No. 8,150,239, issued April 3, 2012, both for a Picture-Based Video Indexing System.
Allegedly infringing products include Cyberlink’s PowerDirector video editing software, Nero Video 2014 software and Roxio Creator software.

InMotion is seeking compensatory damages no less than a reasonable royalty, interest, costs, attorneys’ fees and other relief deemed just and proper. A jury trial is requested.
