A Galveston County woman is suing over claims she was injured in a collision at FM 518 and Texas Avenue.
Heather Corona filed a lawsuit May 29 in the Galveston County District Court against Alex Bulseco, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Bulseco failed to yield the right of way while driving through the intersection of FM 518 and Texas Avenue in League City, causing a collision with the plaintiff's vehicle Feb. 12, 2013.
Corona is seeking more than $200,000 in damages.
She is being represented in the case by attorney Neil G. Baron.
