A Jefferson County man is suing after being injured in a vehicle crash in Port Arthur.
Theodore Victor filed suit July 14 in the Jefferson County District Court against Annie Taylor Burgess.
According to the complaint, on July 15, 2012, Victor was driving a vehicle near the intersection of Procter Street and Dequeen Boulevard in Port Arthur when he was collided into by a vehicle being driven by Burgess.
The plaintiff incurred bodily injuries, medical expenses, physical pain, mental anguish and physical impairment as a result of the accident, the suit states.
Victor is seeking damages within the jurisdictional limits, interest and costs.
