A company is seeking permission to foreclose on a woman’s Beaumont property.

Texas Tax Solution II LLC filed an application for foreclosure of a lien July 30 in the Jefferson County District Court concerning property at 840 Greeves St. in Beaumont.

In the application, the petitioner says Cassandra Holman owned the aforementioned property, but has failed to make required monthly payments.

As of July 24, the debtor has failed to pay, and is in default with respect to, five scheduled payments. A total of $2,453.39 is required to cure the default, plus court costs associated with this application, and $11,064.64 is the total amount required to pay off the loan agreement, the suit states.

The petitioner seeks an order allowing it to sell the property at public auction, plus other relief the court deems just.

It is being represented by attorneys Chris W. Stenholm and John L. Yates of Stenholm & Douglas in Fort Worth.
