A Beaumont woman is being asked to pay more than $13,000 after allegedly defaulting on a credit card account.
LVNV Funding filed a complaint against Brandi Fisk on Aug. 21 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the complaint, Fisk has a credit card account that she failed to repay, creating a default. LVNV Funding says it bought the account and is owed the remaining balance which was $13,183 as of April 27, the lawsuit reads.
LVNV Funding accuses Fisk of breach of contract for allegedly failing to repay the account as agreed. The company seeks damages in the amount of $13,183 plus interest, attorney fees and court costs.
