Wells Fargo Bank says a man owes it more than $50,000 under a judgment rendered in California.
The bank filed a foreign judgment against Frank Middleton in Jefferson County District Court on Sept. 2.
In its filing, Wells Fargo included a judgment rendered in the Alameda County, California, Superior Court.
In the judgment, Middleton was ordered to pay the bank $58,153.32, plus $14,751.18 in interest and $434.50 in costs, according to the complaint.
Wells Fargo will be represented by Mark A. Rechner and Thomas M. Sellers of Vincent, Lopez, Serafino and Jenevein in Dallas.
