Company seeks foreclosure from woman who allegedly failed to make 13 payments

A company has filed an application for a court order to allow a foreclosure after a Beaumont woman allegedly failed to make 13 monthly payments on a loan.

Ovation Services seeks a foreclosure against Keisha Davulat Kittling of 920 Wisteria in Beaumont after she failed to pay a debt, according to an application filed Sept. 2 in Jefferson County District Court. 

As of Aug. 11, 2014, Kittling missed 13 monthly payments, racking up a bill of $2,785.29, the suit states.

"The total amount to pay off the loan agreement, contract, or lien is $7,855.90," the complaint says.

In its complaint, Ovation Services seeks a court order to foreclose on the loan agreement.

It will be represented by J. Christopher Creel and William Jordan Gunkel of The Law Firm of Daniel J. Young PLLC in Austin.
