Galveston County business alleges Tapology Gastro Pub owes money

GALVESTON -- A Galveston County business is suing a League City restaurant, alleging it is owed money for services rendered.

Cintas-RUS LP filed a lawsuit Sept. 18 in Galveston County District Court against CLDT Inc., doing business as Tapology Gastro Pub in League City. 

According to the complaint, Tapology owes $7,400 for goods, merchandise and services it received but never paid for. And, because the defendant breached the contract between the two entities, it also owes an additional $15,000, the suit says.

Cintas-Rus seeks damages, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Allen D. Russell of  Taylor, Taylor & Russell in Houston.
