Asserting ownership of U.S. Patent No. RE44,652 (“the ‘652 patent”), Pherah claims said patent had been infringed upon.

The ‘652 Patent, titled “Computer-Readable Data Product for Managing Sales Information,” was issued on Dec. 17, 2013.

Pherah consequently seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Plaintiff Uniloc has researched, developed, manufactured and licensed information security technology solutions, platforms and frameworks, including solutions for securing software applications and digital content.

It claims ownership of U.S. Patent No. 7,024,696 (“the ‘696 Patent”), titled “Method and System for Prevention of Piracy of a Given Software Application via a Communications Network,” and has filed legal complaint to stop what it argues is infringement.

Uniloc seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
