GALVESTON — A Texas steel storage tanks company is suing an oil and gas industry services company and an investment partnership, alleging an unpaid sum for services provided.

Pasadena Tank Corporation (PTC) filed a lawsuit Dec. 31, in Galveston County District Court against Total Corrosion Management, doing business as a TCM Offshore, and Kirk Family Limited Partnership, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, Kirk Family Limited owns certain property in Galveston County for which TCM serves as general contractor for the property's improvement.

On April 22, 2015, the suit states, TCM issued a purchase order to PTC to furnish and install a tank on the property.

The lawsuit says PTC provided the goods and services and built the tank in a timely fashion but TCM has failed to pay the outstanding amount of approximately $103,000.

PTC seeks actual damages, interests, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Blair A. Bruce and Wendy Knight of HMT LLC in The Woodlands.
