GALVESTON – A Millsap company is suing a Richardson business over allegations it continuously failed and refused to pay for the services and materials in accordance to their agreement.
AAA Well Service LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 5 in the Galveston County District Court against Reef Exploration LP citing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in April 2015 it rendered services on Halls Bayou Ranch 2S Well in accordance with the agreement with Reef Exploration, and properly issued invoices upon work completion. The plaintiff holds Reef Exploration LP responsible because the defendant allegedly refused to pay the invoiced amount of $70,462.
The plaintiff seeks compensation for actual damages and all legal fees. It is represented by Anthony K. James in Houston.
