GALVESTON – A strip center owner claims he paid to have screens installed but the work was never completed.

Mohammed Vohra filed a complaint on March 7 in the Galveston County District Court against William James Title II and Glassmasters of Santa Fe, citing alleged breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in October 2015, he entered into a contract with the defendants for the installation of hurricane screens on windows and doors of a strip center in Texas City. The suit states he paid $7,000. The plaintiff holds William James Title II and Glassmasters of Santa Fe responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to complete the work.

The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for actual damages, attorney’s fees and costs, and any other relief as the court deems just and proper. He is represented by Cris A. Rasco of Rasco Law Firm in Texas City.
