Navistar claims it is owed more than $27 million for leases

Late 01

SHERMAN – A financial company for commercial trucks alleges that several Texas businesses leased tractors and have defaulted on lease payments.

Navistar Leasing Co. filed a complaint on Dec. 23 in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas against Tango Transport LLC, doing business as Tango Transport Inc.; Tango Leasing Corp.; ADGO Marketing LLC; et al., alleging breach of contract and breach of guaranties.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business as a result of tractors being leased by the defendants without prompt monthly payments since August 2015. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the monthly payment for equipment leased from plaintiff. The suit states the amount owed as of October 2015 totaled more than $27 million.

The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for all damages, unpaid debt plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just and proper. It is represented by Michael P. Ridulfo and John J. Kane of Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC in Houston in Texas.
