According to the complaint, Jefferson County has suffered monetary damages for not collecting tax payment on Flanagan's property, at 2600 Los Palmas Drive, in the total aggregate of $18,046.12, penalties and interest included. The plaintiff alleges Flanagan has failed to make payments for his real property taxes for the years 2014 and 2015.
