HOUSTON — A Sabine County woman is suing a Rodeway Inn Suites, alleging negligence led to the plaintiff suffering injuries.

Stephanie Snodgrass of Milam, Texas, filed a lawsuit Jan. 20 in Harris County District Court against Jaykri Inc., doing business as Rodeway Inn Suites, alleging the hotel operators breached their duty to provide a safe premises.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 6, 2015, Sondgrass was an overnight guest at the Rodeway Inn Suites on FM 1960 Road East, Houston. When she got up from her bed to go to the restroom, the suit says, Snodgrass hit the broken, protruding bed frame with her right leg, causing her to fall and sustain severe and permanent and disabling injuries.
