Supplier alleges energy contractor owes more than $50,000

GALVESTON — An oil field supplier is suing an energy business contractor, alleging it owes more than $50,000 for breach of contract.

Cross Roads Oil Field Supply Ltd. filed a complaint March 29 in Galveston County District Court against Promise Energy Operations LLC, alleging failure to fulfill its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Cross Roads furnished and delivered certain goods, equipment, services and supplies for use by Promise Energy in completing, operating and/or repairing certain oil wells. 

To date, the suit says, the balance of $54,127.82 remains due, and Promise Energy Operations has failed to make payment.

Cross Roads Oil Field Supply seeks trial by jury, to recover at least $54,127.82, court costs and attorney fees, pre- and post-judgment interest and all other relief. It is represented by attorney J. David Kuntz of The Kuntz Law Firm in Houston.
