HOUSTON — A welder is suing his former employer, alleging wrongful termination.
Harold Spots filed a complaint April 7 in Harris County District Court against Fluor and Fluor Craft Employment and Training, alleging violation of the U.S. employment and labor laws.
According to the complaint, Spots has suffered and will continue to suffer monetary damages due to his termination from his employment April 10, 2015. The plaintiff alleges the defendant terminated his employment for refusing to perform an illegal act.
Spots seeks trial by jury, monetary relief of more than $1 million and all just and proper relief. He is represented by attorneys Ajay Choudhary of Khemka & Choudhary in Houston.
