Woman alleges she was injured in fall at HSRE-Cyfair, PM Cyfair Land Partners property

HOUSTON – A Harris County woman alleges that she was injured because of slippery conditions at a Houston property.

Renee Suggs filed a complaint on May 12 in the Harris County District Court against HSRE-Cyfair LLC, PM Cyfair Land Partners LP and PM Realty Group LP alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that while she was walking outside defendants' building in Houston, she slipped and fell on the slippery surface. The plaintiff alleges he suffered physical pain, mental anguish and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff holds HSRE-Cyfair LLC, PM Cyfair Land Partners LP and PM Realty Group LP responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to correct the dangerous condition and failed to warn plaintiff of the existence of such condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but not more than $1 million and such other general and special relief. She is represented by Claude H. Davis III of Davis & Newsome PC in Houston.
