HOUSTON — A medical device salesman from Harris County is suing a doctor and surgery center, citing alleged breach of agreement and conversion.

Colin Vadhein filed a complaint June 2 in the Harris County District Court against Dr. Robert Talac and Center for Endoscopic Spine Surgery LLC, alleging Talac funneled business profits to illegitimate businesses to shield these funds from the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that as a result of Talac's breach, the plaintiff has not received his share of distributions and has been denied access to the defendants' financial records. The plaintiff has been damaged in an amount over the minimum jurisdictional limits of the court. The plaintiff holds Talac and Center for Endoscopic Spine Surgery responsible because the defendants allegedly denied the plaintiff's right to run his business, inspect the books of records and enjoy his profits and monetary distributions.

The plaintiff requests seeks monetary relief of more than $1 million, attorney's fees, costs and all other relief to which he may be entitled. He is represented by Josh N. Bowlin, Clifford Walston and Aamir Siddik of Walston Bowlin LLP in Houston.
