It claims ownership of U.S. Patent No. 6,321,095, and is suing for purported infringement.

The ‘095 patent, entitled “Wireless Communications Approach,” was issued on Nov. 20, 2001.

Encoditech seeks unspecified monetary damages, as well as a jury trial.
