Robo Holdings LLC accused of breaching employment contract

Contract 02

HOUSTON – A New Jersey man alleges that his former Harris County employer did not reimburse him for expenses.

James Healy filed a complaint on July 19 in the Harris County District Court against Robo Holdings LLC alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was employed by the defendant from April 2016 to June 2016, when he resigned because of continuous issues with the defendant failing to reimburse him for expenses incurred.

The plaintiff holds Robo Holdings LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly refused to pay his outstanding wages due and failed to reimburse his travel expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $10,000 but not more than $100,000, attorney's fees, costs, interest and such other relief to which he may be entitled. He is represented by Alfonso Kennard Jr. and Davina Bloom of Kennard Richard PC in Houston.
